1. Service Authorization

By scheduling service, requesting a quote, or permitting work to begin, you authorize Apache Mobile Repair LLC to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on your vehicle. Authorization may be given verbally, electronically, by text message, email, online booking, or signed agreement.

2. Pre-Existing Conditions

Customer acknowledges that vehicles may have pre-existing mechanical, electrical, engine, transmission, suspension, fuel system, cooling system, or other component issues not visible prior to repair. Apache Mobile Repair LLC is not responsible for failures resulting from prior damage, neglect, lack of maintenance, sludge, oil starvation, overheating, contamination, corrosion, or previous repairs performed by others.

3. Diagnostic Limitations

Diagnostics are based on conditions present at the time of inspection. Additional issues may be discovered during or after repair. Repairs address the specific concern diagnosed and do not guarantee prevention of unrelated or future failures.

4. High-Mileage & Modified Vehicles

High-mileage vehicles and vehicles that are tuned, modified, deleted, performance-enhanced, or previously repaired carry increased risk of component failure. Apache Mobile Repair LLC is not liable for breakdowns or damage caused by modifications, aftermarket parts, or prior alterations.

5. Customer-Supplied Parts

If the customer supplies parts:

  • No labor warranty applies.

  • Apache Mobile Repair LLC is not responsible for part defects, fitment issues, compatibility problems, delays, or premature failure.

  • Additional labor charges may apply if replacement or correction is required.

6. Oil Service & Maintenance Risk

For oil changes and maintenance services, customer understands that neglected maintenance, sludge, contamination, or internal wear may result in leaks, oil pressure changes, warning lights, engine noise, or failure after service. Apache Mobile Repair LLC is not responsible for pre-existing internal engine damage.

7. Lifetime Labor Warranty

Lifetime labor warranty applies only to the specific workmanship performed by Apache Mobile Repair LLC.

  • Concerns must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours of noticing an issue.

  • Warranty is void if the vehicle is tampered with, altered, excessively driven after symptoms appear, or diagnosed or repaired by another party.

  • Warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, unrelated component failures, abuse, neglect, or customer-supplied parts.

8. Mobile Service Conditions

Services are performed at the customer’s requested location. Customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible work environment. Apache Mobile Repair LLC is not liable for delays or limitations caused by weather, restricted workspace, unsafe conditions, or environmental factors.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be disclosed prior to service.

Deposits, diagnostic fees, service call fees, and completed work are non-refundable.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules may result in forfeiture of deposit or service fee. Same-day cancellations may incur additional charges. No refunds are issued for completed services or time reserved.

11. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Apache Mobile Repair LLC from claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions

  • Prior improper repairs

  • Customer neglect

  • Modification-related failures

  • Failures not directly caused by proven negligent workmanship

Under no circumstance shall Apache Mobile Repair LLC be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

12. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling service, booking online, approving an estimate, or allowing work to begin, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
